The design challenge was to give each guest room its own character. Rather than treating the accommodation as a single repeated experience, the proposal explores different positions within the hotel and different outlooks: toward Nicosia’s Old Town, across planted areas and over the roofs.

The drawings show a composition of connected building volumes around outdoor spaces. Ground- and first-floor plans document how accommodation, circulation and open areas are arranged across the site. These plans and the exterior visualizations present the architectural proposal; they do not establish that the hotel was built.
